1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the crickex platform ("Platform", "Site") and all associated services. "User", "Member", or "You" refers to anyone who accesses this site or creates an account.

By registering with crickex or using the site, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The platform may only be used for personal entertainment purposes; commercial re-use or use on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2 Account Registration

Providing accurate and complete information is required to create an account on crickex. Registering with false or incomplete information, or using another person's identity, will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.2 Account Verification

At any time after registration, crickex may request a National ID card or other documents for identity verification. crickex reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Keep your username and password confidential to protect your account — do not share them with anyone.

2.3 Account Responsibility

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities on the crickex platform are for persons aged 21 and above only. If a minor opens an account, or if this is established at a later stage, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

Parents and guardians should take the necessary steps to prevent minors from accessing this platform. crickex is actively committed to protecting minors.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on the crickex platform are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, in some cases identity verification or additional security review may take a little longer. crickex reserves the right to hold large withdrawals if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Payment Terms

Withdrawals are preferred via the same method used for the deposit. Using a third-party account or a payment method registered in someone else's name is prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, crickex reserves the right to keep the account under review.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

crickex offers various types of bonuses to its members. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements that must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus for a balance of ৳3,000; to make that bonus eligible for withdrawal, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly crickex Reload Festival: 20% on deposit, up to ৳5,000 (15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300)
• crickex Cricket Deposit Reward: 30% on deposit, up to ৳8,000 (18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300)
• Weekend crickex Special: 25% on deposit, up to ৳6,000 (20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300)
• crickex Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500 reward (10x wagering)
• crickex Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳2,000 per referral (12x wagering)

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonus funds are not cash — they only become withdrawable after wagering requirements are met. crickex reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or fraud is suspected.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

It is each member's responsibility to understand the relevant rules before participating in any betting or casino game on crickex. Once the outcome of a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Results

If an event is cancelled or suspended, crickex will make a decision on the relevant bet in accordance with its own policy. Any result displayed due to a technical error or software issue will not automatically be considered valid.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to abuse bonuses through betting patterns
• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Placing bets on fixed or pre-arranged matches
• Betting using another person's account

6.3 Odds and Markets

crickex reserves the right to close markets, change odds, or set bet limits at any time. Published odds are for information only — there is no obligation to accept any specific bet.

7 Responsible Gaming

crickex believes that betting and casino games are for entertainment only and should never be used as a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to play within their limits and to seek help when needed.

The intellectual property of game software and content belongs to the respective game developers, such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and others.

10 Limitation of Liability

crickex is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or third-party technical failures. The platform provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The financial risk of betting and casino games rests entirely with the member. crickex does not promise to return any money lost.

10.1 Force Majeure

crickex will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, legal restrictions, or any other force majeure event.

11 Account Termination

crickex reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Registering with false information
• Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Being found to be a minor
• Suspected bonus abuse or money laundering

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.

12 Changes to Terms

crickex reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes — either by email or by displaying a notice on the platform.
